1. Class content will cover material and questions dedicated to the study of Spanish.

2. Each student must be presentable while attending the video class room. Proper dress is required during each session.

3. We have several qualified instructors who will present the class material. In some cases your instructors will vary throughout your instruction.

4. Classes must be scheduled and coordinated with the school in advance.  Students are expected to be on time.

5.  Classes may only be scheduled in one, two, three or four hour block of times.  Each hour may include a 10 minute break if requested.

6.  Classes are taught based on the individual student’s level of ability to comprehend and speak the language.

7. Reading material will be provided based on the level of instruction the student is receiving.
 
8. A student must advise us 24 hours in advance should they need to reschedule.
 
9. Appointments may be scheduled 12 hrs in advance Easter time.

10. We are not responsible for events that are out of our control.
